the overall atmosphere is positive, the employees are nice, the coworkers are nice and everyone’s approachable and friendly for the most part
Cons
management sucks, there’s a clear divide between management and employees. they can be rude and feedback is often humiliating or aggressive. the communication in this place is just lacking a lot, lots of miscommunication, and very indirect communication. there’s also a lot of gossiping and issues are often blown out of proportion rather than fixed cordially
