      Pros

      The Hilton was very helping in making sure you were properly trained. They alsways worked with you to ensure you had a very flexible schedule. Encourageds highs sales by offering awards for winning promotions.

      Cons

      They changed management regularly and new management wasn't kept up to date with what was going on in the hotel.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
