      Pros

      Learn some entry level aspects of hospitality. Work for a fortune 500 company. Ability to move around the country (should you take different jobs and different properties). Discount for you along with friends and family.

      Cons

      Annoying guests who want everything for free. Guests who dont understand the brand and have expectations that are unrealistic. Guests who are incompentent.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
