Pros

they care about the people working for them. opportunites all over the country. Very Diverse. Lots of experienced people running the company. Internal Controls are very tight. Payroll and Wages are administered in a very fair and equitable manner. you will not ever make more as an hourly person than anyone in that position who has been their the same amount of time as you. As long as HR has something to say about it.

Cons

The owners of the hotels we run wont put enough money into the properties.

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Cons

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
