Pros

Awesome benefits, a wealth of support, tools and infomation to do your job, build-your-own-schedule

Cons

Reservation system (ICJ) is for the birds. It crashes at point of confirmation deeming repeat of information (stay dates, amenitities, credit card), need to integrate other department's system (guest services, front desk) instead of having to connect to them for information to service guest.

Pros

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Cons

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
