      -travel benefits -career opportunities in other cities (not Boston area)

      Cons

      -Management expects you to do unethical things to steal business from your competitors -Make you feel like they are doing you a favor when you use your earned vacation time -Don't care about life/work balance -Senior management finds ways to blame you so that they look good when numbers are down and provide advice like, "just do it", which isnt helpful -Stress of the job will make your sick to your stomach with anxiety -Direct boss condescending to you and others around

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
