      Pros

      Enjoyed fantastic travel benefits, health benefits, and after one year of continuous employment had the option to take 12 paid weeks of maternity leave. Great management structure and communication from corporate. Felt valued and respected.

      Cons

      Individual managers spoke down to people, top executives wanted things done with very little notice/ made last-minute changes that caused stress. Poor work/life balance working in HR.

      Pros

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
