      Pros

      The gm is great and most of the managers are awesome. Very family oriented place to work

      Cons

      The front desk manager is horrible. He's a young kid with no experience or compassion. He tries to get everyone fired who doesn't agree with him. He's even tried to throw executive committee members under the bus!

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
