      Pros

      Time off is a beneficial part of employment, company is very competitive and strives to keep it's high ranking among the chief competitors. Employee benefits are excellent

      Cons

      Training in some departments is non-existent. Company strives to set core values but many times senior management fails to live up to them. Office culture can be trying at times.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
