Competitive pay, excellent working conditions,friendly and knowledgeable GM and AGM's. All upper management and human resources are very friendly, communicative, and eager to assist in employee and guest concerns. The upper management team really stand brindle the Hilton Promis, and their employees 110% of the time.
Cons
There are no benefits for general employees. The company does advertise as offering benefits to future prospect to lure them into applying. No PTO, no medical/dental, no 401k... A company as large as Hilton should offer benefits, medical at the very least. The only other concern is the work loadcab be exhausting at times. As a HGI, Hampton, and Embassy Suit firmer employee Ive experienced it first hand. Your expected to work whenever and wherever THEY needyou, even if it's not YOUR jobs duties.
