What happened to the hospitality for everyone (employees included)? - Housekeeper Hilton Garden Inn Employee Review

The insurance and pay are terrible! The managers don"t seem to care anything about keeping their employees happy within reason of course. This hotel could make a great new day time drama for television! And most of the drama is stirred up by the upper management. The handbook talks about values within the company but this particular hotel practices none of them. This hotel has also decided not to promote within the company, so don't expect to advance here.
