The management took the shifts that made more than $100 a night in tips. Regardless of being the most requested and most efficient bartender, managers who made $10/hr took the shifts that made $300-$400/night in tips and left me to work the shifts that made $50-150/night while making $6/hr and working only two shifts a week, while they worked more shifts of the better nights. It was greedy and a lot of manager responsibilities were left unattended due to working nights behind the bar.
