Pros
Great training for the job and management was always available to help with any questions.
Cons
The pay was lower than many other hotels chains in the area. Hilton standards are very difficult to achieve when they are always changing without notice. Also, the difficulty lies in the fact that the organization operates from a top-down approach without much input from lower level employees.
