Pros

• Hotel Discount •Varied Incentives • PTO given at Part-time in addition to Full-time employees

Cons

• Management • Low Pay • Inconsistent hours (even with Full-time) • Full-time minimum is 32 hours weekly (rarely 40 hours) • No overtime (management will make you leave early) • 24/7 Front Desk (strict schedule structure) • No designated breaks during shifts (only able during “down time” but definitely will need to be always available even if eating, bathroom, etc) • High turnover rate • Old Equipment (elevators break down occasionally, reservations platforms has numerous outages, rooms are not renovated) • Occasional Homeless • Fire alarms go off every few months
