      Love the benefits and Hilton discount. They also do many things for the employees gift cards, employee meals etc. Restaurant is pretty relaxed.

      Cons

      Each franchise will be different. Mine was very slow and unorganized.

      Outdated equipment Outdated pay Somehow still think $15/hr is good pay for cooks Severe staffing issues Low employee morale Toxic trigger happy management Cliquey employees
