Don't care about the people - Anonymous employee Hines Employee Review

Don't join this company unless you want to see everyone you work with get laid off, get fired or leave because they are not treated with any dignity or respect. You'll be forced to take on their duties without any relief or resources until you burn out. You are just a number here. They don't care about your career growth or engagement, just dollar signs on a spreadsheet. There is no culture here. It's sad because I had high hopes for this company when I started.
