Cons
• Limited growth opportunities, cliques, bullying, no organisation and little care for EA's and mid-level employees. • Hard work and talent is overlooked/not appreciated or recognised. • Unrealistic expectations and rudeness from senior managers who depend on their staff to deliver so that they can claim the credit. • It's very difficult for new starters if you are in the administrative/mid-level category. No great for Well-being. • The company is terrible when it comes to Diversity & Inclusion. Unconscious bias or a general bias is very prevalent. HR/Leaders over look this issue. A lot of lip service no action. • Managers are slow decision making, very hierarchical. • Work-life balance depends on who you work for and how they treat you. • Not a good place for you if you are smart and wish to progress in your career. • Family business which wants to progress with a corporate mentality however they are unable to due to people who are not forward-thinking or adaptable to change. • New ideas are definitely not encouraged or welcome. • Toxic and political environment to work in. • Not a good place to work if you are smart, forward-thinking and ambitious. • Favouritism at work
