      Benefits are amazing and most of management in accounting seems to care

      Cons

      accounting gets pushed around like an ugly stepchild and development teams don't seem to have much respect for them. Controlelrs are usually to scared to back up accountants and don't understand how long work actually takes so hours get long

      Cons

      As a consultant, I felt there could have been more support in helping employees transition to new internal opportunities after project assignments ended.
