      Decent job for a new graduate looking to gain experience. Good WFH structure.

      Cons

      Significantly lower pay in comparison to competitors. Micro-management. A lot of “ kiss the ring” mentality. There was often drama between higher management. Be prepared to complete job duties above your title.
