Poor management, bad development, decent pay and benefits - Plant Engineer Holcim Employee Review

Management is conceded and does not care for the well being of any of its employees. Limited chance for growth. No mentoring or guidance at all, employees are left to fend for themselves, then are criticized for their efforts even though responsibilities are not dictated. People are "laid off" after 4-6 when they reach top of their pay bracket.
