Pros
Great opportunities for development - spent my time with the company exploring different aspects of the business all over the country, along side studying for an honours degree. Gained a deep understanding of different departments within the company from the production stage through to the pricing up of completed work. Training Courses are always available to learn new skills. Positive attitude towards health and fitness, encouraging employees to do more exercise and to have an overall healthy lifestyle. Health and Safety is always a priority - regularly promote the importance of staying safe and always open to new ideas from employees on increasing safety.
Cons
Not as many opportunities for employees that are not on an apprenticeship/graduate scheme to explore different aspects of the business. Office staff should experience more site visits across the business - see different projects.
