      Pros

      Lafarge sucks. That's the new company that took over. The buy company for about a year and then they sell them off

      Management sucks. They tell you to do things that they would never do there self in a million yeats

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.

      Run down equipment and lack of effort from higher ups to fix things properly. Lots of nepotism.
