Great Experience - Operations Support Manager Holcim Employee Review

I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted quite quickly via the talent team. My first interview was via Teams, and my second interview was face to face with a presentation. My experience so far has been fantastic. I had a through 2 week induction where i spent time with plant managers to gain understanding of the business. I have had a great mentor in Andy Read throughout, and have always had support and guidance where needed. Everyone within Express have been so welcoming and supportive - I cant fault my induction / experience so far,
