      Large professional company - supportive and proactive

      Cons

      At the time they were in financial crisis - not sure how they are after they merged with Holcim They also eliminated the defined pension plan

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.

      Run down equipment and lack of effort from higher ups to fix things properly. Lots of nepotism.
