Employee-owned company. Benefits are share among all the employees. Performance assessments are based in your real performance, it does not matter whether you're friendly with your boss or not.
Cons
As a Chinese company, managerial positions are reserved for Chinese guys only, if you pretend to be a manager but you're not Chinese, then move on!
