You can find super techies here. A lot to learn from them. But it comes with a cost of "managers treatment". Very good pay if you can survive for long time (>3 years)

worst management - high pressure on employees - frequent releases - no one uses though - lack of customer knowledge - no one in team knows how your product gets used and who are the customers of the developed product - end-to-end/high ownership ill treatment towards employees - scolds & shouts on employees - need to pay fines for silly things like coming late to office, meeting, training (even for 1 min.) - over recognition for few employees & others are completely ignored makes best use of the crisis situations - no snacks - policy changes with no transparency
