Pros
Huawei is a great place to learn. It does not restrict the growth of an employee - who has a right attitude. It allows freedom and flexibility, to those who deserve it! I Have been in Huawei for close to 7 years, and trust me, every day was a learning!
Cons
Though a lot of policies are considered not employee friendly, the best part is that they are...it is just about using the policies to one's best advantage.
