Get to have lots of responsibility even for a fresher. Learning curve is high, and for a fresher is a place to begin a career. Lots of onsite travelling.

Most unethical and the out of the world HR and Finance Policies. I have to say these place lack professional ethics, probably the worst people i have seen in my Professional life. This year, the salary revision has not been complete its late by 4 months already, and the management dont feel the need to inform the employees. I think the Morale of the Employees currently is pretty low and most people are frustrated. Not a good time to join the company for another year, i see a high rate of attrition this year. Have seen 15 people from the same time leave the company. The Chinese management has a say in everything, the indian R & D is like YES BOSS Centre... The management in india does not take decision and neither is concerned about welfare of the employees.. Below par work culture, people at mid and higher level are useless technically and lack common sense.. in other words the Work Pyramid is top Heavy..
