Negligible raises year after year; to get any bonus-it's really about 18 months before you get it; pay is lower than the industry; no advancement opportunities; locals have absolutely no power to make any decisions; little support from corporate office; executive leadership changes frequently (annually); to get reimbursed for business travel is often challenging because you have to get hotels and flights under company limits (which are very low); political climate is not supportive of the company; ill defined roles and responsibilities; lack of customer commitments and understanding of customer needs
