- Market leader in most countries and Huawei skills are in great demand globally. - Result driven culture - lots of learning - chances of quick growth and you get more and more challenging assignments if you are performing well and eager to take on new challenges - you can gain multitude of experience in a short span of time - excellent salary if you are in the top performing bracket - If you are in telecom, you can't escape huawei, you have to have huawei experience & knowledge to move forward
Cons
- poor work-life balance - very little localization in leadership positions - bare minimum benefits are provided to the employee, they would rather pay everything in cash - Discrimination, more often than not you would see a different set of policies for chinese & non-chinese employees
