Pros
In fact Huawei is a super big company and it is still growing fast, you can get a better salary and bonus.
Cons
Their headquarters is in Shenzhen, the US team can not make any big decisions, they need to report to the HQ and almost all the big decisions are made by the HQ. The US team have to attend a lot of meetings to communicate with the Shenzhen team. They don't sponsor H1B visa either.
