Pros
Fast learning, hands-on experience with the newest IT/Network technologies. Personally, I like the self-study culture of this company. Be granted access to Huawei's intranet in order to learn and study as much as you can. Be given responsibilities which will forge your leadership.
Cons
OUTSOURCING. Low pay (competitive because in Mexico most jobs are poorly paid but still low), minimum of benefits granted. Hard to become Huawei Staff (maybe after 4 or 5 years of outsourcing). No bonuses (all revenue share is for the Chinese and Sales staff). Unpaid overtime.
