Lacking emphasis on employees - Anonymous employee IBI Group Employee Review

Lack of support from management with regards to career development and growth. Easy to get pigeonholed in a role while management simply hires hands from outside instead of growing junior staff into more senior or experienced roles. Due to this there is a lot of turnover, only 5% of my department was the same as when I had started 3 years ago. After a few years I felt like it was going to do more harm than good to stay.
