Opportunities were abundant depending on how much work you were willing to take on.
Cons
No Bonus No 401k match Healthcare insurance was extremely expensive. Raises were rare, if any, but the added workload, long hours and associated stress were everywhere. Senior Management was flighty with poor communication skills. If you weren't a senior manager it was tough to have a voice.
