Pros
Great flexible work, flex hours, work from home etc. Monthly beer evenings, wide range of projects to work on
Cons
Company is slow to engage in technology - only just started. It could be because upper management is quite grey if you know what I mean. Some coworkers do not know how to use revit, or gripe about the good old days of using autocad. Some refuse to even use revit despite a company mandate.
