Pros
Really good management, especially their treatment of students. Always felt encouraged and given opportunities to learn new things.
Cons
Students do not receive equal compensation, despite no difference in skill or experience. Not sure why. There is also no increase in compensation unless you ask. One manager was very difficult to work with.
