Engineering company with minimal interaction for local offices - Architect IBI Group Employee Review

The company is detached from the local offices and their involvement in our day to day activities is minimal...which is good, but it would be nice to have a little more direction from the companies leaders. Our office prior to the acquisition had a pretty clear path for receiving raises and to some extent promotions. Since the merger, this has all but disappeared. We are also working diligently to get our foot in the door for new project types without much visible help from the IBI Group
