Business Outlook

Pros

Really friendly and professional people. Made me feel very welcome and supported. Good initial pay although pay did not go up in line with any kind of inflation of national living increase. Felt very secure and stable there.

Cons

As with any business the work can be varied and may not be exactly what you want. I ended up more in a design role which I didn't see changing. I was vocal in 2 appraisals and my colleagues and boss did all they could. I would have stayed were I not offered a job. From what I heard from others over my time there, the pay structure and career opportunities can be lacking.
