Pros
Corporate. Nice newly renovated offices and a good work environment with lots of good people. Decent benefits packages. Opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Corporate. Advancement can appear to be difficult due to sheer size and number of senior positions already filled. Performance-based recognition not fully implemented yet. Not enough name-recognition for excellence in design.
