      Solid Training, they teach you the Indeed way of selling. Culture feels like college. You come across very passionate people. Freedom to build your own Brand.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs. The former CEO struggled to make a good decision. A lot of cutting corners. The job will pigeonhole you.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
