Pros
The have good foundation done for teaching and learning languages or any tech to a certain extend but that can be improved further.
Cons
Pay is too low for any fresher engineer, Felt like exploiting the resources in the name of mass recruitment. 3 months of notice period is too much for any company. I remember serving those 3 months doing nothing as such. KT's were done within max 10 days. If folks are lucky enough they might land to some good projects where they can learn actually. Otherwise it will be support roles or some tech that will teach us for their benefits. From company point its good. From employee's career point its not.
