1) Best Training for freshers 2) Major IT solution provider to many clients across globe 3) Lot of opportunities to grow 4) Fun and relaxed environment (may vary based on individual opinion) 5) Good to start your career with 6) Best to work with once you settled with your career 7) Awesome facilities (GYM,Swimming pool..... 8) Good food courts 9) Flexible hours to work (again depends on project you are assigned) 10) More onsite opportunities-depends on project 11) Your hard work will be recognised (if your terms are good with managers) 12) Latest technologies to work with

Cons

1) Salary hike is 0-12%(if your terms are good with manager then you can expect 12%) 2) Regional discrimination for hikes,onsite opportunities (it is in every company) 3) HR team does not care if the resource is leaving the company 4) Once you are out of the company the IT teams wont even care whether all the releiving documents are provided to the resource or not
