Pros

Good work life balance only if you get into good managers hand.

Cons

The managers and lead will trap you under a shadow where you will find it unable to do something different and at the end they will rate you bad making you feel that you cannot do anything in your career even if you are a college topper. Not everyone is like that. But there will be few idiotic lead and managers who are self frustrated. Biased growth and opportunities. HEAR portal is waste of time and efforts. Because of this employee choose it better to leave infosys in most of cases. Reason why attrition is too high and believe me this rate is not going to stop or decrease. Why managers and HR dont leave infosys soon because they have always used below resources to feed their hunger of salary hike and promotion without caring of those lower level employees who actually have helped infosys. Be careful infosys if it continues you will soon have managers only a few waste college passed resources.

The co workers were nice.

Low salary Terrible company politics Made fake promises around h1b filing but had to get exceptions and so much follow up and stuff to get it approved. Most managers dont give a s**** about your well being at all and they dont take your side when you are working with clients. If your client is miserable then your life is also miserable. The HR is also useless and incompetent for the most part. You cant even get screens and other equipments for your work. You need to go through ten rounds of some dumb approvals and what not and then even after that its not guaranteed. All the benefits I got were because I had good relations with my manager but this shouldnt be the case. Every employee should be treated equally.
