Pros
1) It is a very beautiful and big campus. 2) better to choose life partner in infosys because one can not survive with his talent or experienced salary. 3) Facilities are very good 4) Very nice material available for relevant technologies. 5) It is as like as government job.
Cons
1) If your manager is not friendly kind , your work environment become horrible. even though managers does not have required skills they can stay for life long in Infosys. 2) it is very difficult to recognize talented one, because they have huge amount of resource. 3) Not better to stay for long time.
