Pros

The company has a good work-life balance. Managers are approachable and the teams that you work with are generally very open to feedback and looking for ways to improve. As a fresher, there have been lots of opportunities to grow and learn new technologies. Management also takes initiative to help employees to further their growth (although sometimes it can be unproductive). The company has strong values and does try to stick to them as well as it can.

Cons

The learning curve does peek quickly, which makes one want to switch between teams frequently and this becomes tougher the longer you stay put in a team. Some of the projects are at times boring and an individual needs to be extremely motivated to innovate in these kinds of projects. Some roles would require one to have extensive knowledge of some products of the ecosystem which in the long run are of not much practical use to the employee.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
