Pros

Pantry ! That's what they flaunt .

Cons

The work culture in India is toxic .the directors hire and promote people who either worked with them before or who come by refferals . Unprofessionalism in appraisals seen from India management ,there are sudden layoffs and upper management talks about ethics and just forgets about them . The work assignments are mediocre . There is less to learn ,I was told by my manager that 'this is a relationship driven company ' just few days after I joined . The quantity of work is not that much where you can prove that you are adding to the cause and you are performing .when I joined an ex colleague of mine said be very sure if what you speak with your team mates as the culture is set for back biting i.e a 360 review every 6 months where employees have to give negative feedbacks in written to move forward. Do NOT join if you have a similar offer ! Who are these people who are putting green reviews ? Every month ? Who has the time for that ?

Pros

Great engineering culture, supportive team, strong mentorship, and meaningful intern projects with real product impact.

Cons

Large company processes can sometimes make onboarding and finding the right information slower at first.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
