      very good company for freshers joining from college. CDP training provided is of high standards. people are very good and help adapt to the environment.

      micromanagement in some teams, too many calls, and no work from home.

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
