Many! 1. Old employees politics to corner new employees . 2. No KT no training to new employees .total dependency on old employees ,hence. 3. Disrespectful culture towards women employees. I was literally physically harassed by one of the male employee in JPMC cab and when u reported the incident, nothing happened . They just try to show women empowerment fake speeches but nothing for real. 4. Managers are real idiots here. They are directionless.plus drinking and smoking partners with the old employees who do nothing just talk about drinks all the time. 5. Old employees are some bunch of losers always cornering new employees and giving wrong feedback to managers . 6. Workplace is not at all professional. 7. Why do u hire new employees only to disrespect and harass them . 8. Request everyone to consider all these things before joining this bad company. If you are in India , please don’t join this company. You can rather be jobless than joining this firm.and thank me later!
