When it comes to cons working at JLR, there are very few. You will be pushed to find another employer that can beat working here. There is one thing however that keeps bugging me from the day I started and that is our products are not more accessible for our employees to own. The car parks are full of competitor vehicles and this is a huge disappointment. There have been steps forward with trying to make deals more appealing to employees but these are still not good enough. To have such love for our products and to only see a sea of competitor vehicles in the car parks is upsetting.
