Pros
They had a pretty good vacation/sick day plan which was better than most company's I had worked for with 10 days a year for the first 5 years and then it went to 15 days a year after that.
Cons
For more than 3 years we went without any pay raises or any bonus's being paid out while the economy wasn't so good for electronics so they told us. The reality was they were building an one million square foot facility in China which is where they sent our jobs and they closed our local site.
